House on the Peak

Is time for me to play design. This is a old banglo above hill, and it have beautiful sea view. This owner like minimalism modern style. The 3d above is their living room's TV area, TV console design just a simple black mirror design cabinet. Behind of the TV is painted by dark grey galaxy & continue to the false ceiling I created, make it more designer look. The living room have a curly staircase, The original hander is white color, I paint it as black color and the wall behind on it, I install beige color wallpaper to make it more contrast.

The living, dining & dry kitchen view. My design is hack off the wall of kitchen, make it as open kitchen, so the space look bigger & longer. The center of the living & dinning can put a designer low cabinet, so the owner can put magazines, books, accessories & lamp above.

Dinning view. The kitchen view looks more clearly now. The bin of the center cannot been hack, it is the support of second story. So, I install a mirror to make it seems like no obstruction. The laminate of kitchen cabinet I used maroon color match with black galaxy solid top. The center island of the cabinet is extended to terrace (exterior), then the solid top is suspended to become a bar counter outside.

The suspended cabinet from dry kitchen. The L-shape bar counter is for them to drink, breakfast or party used.

This is the master room. Center I put a round circle bed & install bronze tinted glass as bedhead. I design a open wardrobe for this master room, above are chrome stainless steel shelving, rest with glass to let them put their luxury bag above and the rack can let them hang the clothes. Center have a horizontal black mirror cabinet to let them put accessories. Shelving below can put their branded shoes.

This is an open concept master bathroom. I hack off all the wall between master room & bathroom. So, it look open and modern. The bath tub area actually is balcony, I hack off the sliding door between the bathroom & balcony, then level up the bath tub area at balcony. So, the bathroom become bigger now. The round bin cannot be hack, so I design a vanity beside it. I used stainless steel bar to hang the 2 sided mirrors. The most special design is the open rain shower at center of the bathroom.

The hangover toilet bowl. Cost $8000.

Junior master bathroom. I hack off the wall & change to glass. And the shower area, i changed it to bath tub. I designed a chrome stainless steel rack outside the bathroom because this area actually is a walk-in wardrobe.

Junior bedroom. The bed on the center, I designed the bedhead combine with the study desk at behind. I install a long shelving along the bedroom wall, owner can put pictures, accessories & books above on it.

Orchard Kids Retail Shop

So happy that I can help Germany international product to design their retail shop at Orchard. These are the 2 shops I design. I make it 2 become 1, so the cuastomer can walk thro' each other. One of the shop is selling kids clothes, another is selling kids shoes. These are the frontage of the shops.

This is internal of the LEMMI. I'm using the iron inside the concrete to be the stands of the lower display table. And I put a lot of wooden boxes below the display table, so they can keep the clothes inside.

Im using pallet as their gallery. And the flooring I'm using wood flooring and cement screed to be the finishing. The center of the false ceiling, I paint blue sky to make the shop more humanism.

I design a duo site opening mid-height cabinets for them to hang their products. I'm using some America country style decoration, some spot to decorate the cabinets. Therefore this shop is more on country style.

This is kids shoe shop. A pair of shoe cost $169, is a kids luxury brand o~ For one of the display area, i flip-up 45 degree to display the new arrival shoe of the shop. This brand have 4 main colors, each indicate different kinds of technologies to built this shoe. So, Im using these 4 colors as the main colors of the shop. The left hand site, I create 4 acrylic boxes with poster above the shelving. Then, I use chrome steel for running of the frame, it look more exclusive.

At cashier area, i using black iron grille as the boundaries of both shops. The black grille can hang some clothes or shoe on it, feel rough and practical. Fabricate a triangle display cabinets for displayed.

I design a full partition against the wall, below of the partition, I install the mannequin kid's leg, there are wearing the kid's shoe. Then, all the legs are lash out, seems like kicking ball. I write many capital alphabets on the partition to make it more funky. I create 4 different colors cushions for the kids to sit and try the shoe.

Graphic Designer office

This is a Graphic Designer office. Since it is a creative area to let the designer to inspired their inspiration, so the design of this office should more homely and cozy.

This is the entrance. The down lights are install at the floor, so when the light make the plants' shadows effect on wall and ceiling. The ceiling lamps pattern is MILO tin shape, it look rough. Then the dark grey wall will hang their graphic design. Overall feel relax when ppl walk in.

This is the waiting area. The boss like warm effect. So, the furnitures I used are brown color. And put a white basket at the site to let the ppl put their umbrella when walk in. The white brick wall feature is the most i like, hang some picture there to let it more alive!

This are library area to let the designers discuss, read magazine, and take tea-time at here. We design a black steel book-shelve in front the window. The frame of the window is black also, therefore you will see a few layer black steel at that area. Even look from outside, also beautiful. It add value with the mood-light, so install 3 warm light above the black steel book-shelve.

Creative is inspired from colorful things around you! So, the workstation is colorful area. The tables of designers are different color. And we put some different color pillows at window area also.

Books.... Designer need a lot of place to store the design book.

Pantry. Simple and SAVE COST! hahaha...

Conference room. During meeting, the user can look thro' the office because it is transparent!

Boss request he need to look all his employee to make sure they working hard. So, his office is totally transparent.

Indusrial Office

This is a Industrial office. This company shipping the pallets, solder, tapes, cartoon boxes and plastic bag. So, during design the office, all it products give me inspiration, I reused their own products to decorate their office. To give life for these ordinary things, make them become beautiful things.

The pallets will install against the wall as a galleria area, so when the visitor walk pass through, will feel glamorous. Varieties of products will hang on the pallets as a decoration. They can update their latest products on this wall feature.

The conference room will built beside the galleria area. And I used glass as divider, can through outside. So, during meeting, they can directly point out the latest product they want for discussion. And it looks very spectacular. Beside that, behind the projector, actually have a small cabinet it serve drinks to fulfill the basic human need - water. Hahahaha...

This is a Director room. He is a traditional man, so i choose oriental wallpaper series to decorate his room. Behind have lower cabinet to store his files.

This is Manager Director Room. She is a female, so I think red color is suitable for her. it can bring out the sense of sexy.

Pantry. The most i like. Clean and simple. It used for staff lunch. Normally people will design box up upper cabinet for normal kitchen/pantry. But i don't want to do that, above of the sink, i design shelve and glass casement door cabinet for them, let them easy to access the tablewares. Then, leave a hole at above to let them do some decoration. Beside the dining table are aluminium fins as the divider between walk-way and pantry.

Chef's Kitchen

To make this kitchen more have high-end style, I designed the full height cabinet for them. The important is i focus the design on the center of whole kitchen, i choose dark wooden laminate and black glass backing behind the stove/sink to make it look uniform. Therefore, it look more n

bigger.

Owner is a cooking instructor, so i designed a center table for his student. The concept is come from Science Lab, below the cement screed table have a casement door cabinet to let his student store their kitchen tools. And at the center of the table top, i suggest to install a small sink for ease to his students. For the instructor, i designed a L-shape bottom cabinet for him, let him easy to access everything during instruction and feel pro cuz students can look behind him have a luxury kitchen.

These actually is a guess room. I giving them 2 bi-fold wooden doors. When have guess coming, it can close up to become a room. If no one using it, open up can make the house look bigger.

Teenager Room

Elder brother room. He is a tidy person, so i design many open shelves for him. I design the concrete wall behind the bed to make this room more "rock n roll". I like concrete and rough design, so i always apply it on many of my design.

Younger brother room. He is a simple guy, and like natural. We design a curve partition against the wall. We give them a lot of hangers to him to let him hang his stuff. We install a mid-height cabinet beside his bed, make him easy to access any things he want.

TV console

My first sketching. Construct a partition then made a hole at the center, then the LED tv will hang on the wall. Insert 2 mid-height cabinets vertically at the right hand side of the partition.

3 room Apartment

U-shape kitchen design. I designed a wooden partition with pendants to modernize this 22 years old house. Because the area is small, so i extended kitchen top come out to be dining table, then below will customize a square table with rolls. It can roll it out when have extra visitors coming.
